I am running 3D canvas pro after installing the Pro update ,but the programme only responds to the mouse.Therefor I am unable to use the keyboard shortcuts.Would appreciate any input to correct this fault.

So, do none of the shortcuts work? Even the shortcuts on the menus? How about the shortcuts that work with the mouse?

None of the keyboard keys work with the programme.I have to use the mouse continually with the menus.

I just gave the keyboard shortcuts a try and didn't have any problems. Can you give me a specific example to check? Thanks.

Ctrl. z undo doesn't work for example.I have to use the mouse at all times to do any editing

I just tried ctrl-z with version 6.5.1.0 and it worked OK on my computer. Are you running version 6.5.1.0?

Also, is anyone else having this problem?

I'm using 6.5.1.0...all the shortcuts work ok.

Is it just the shortcuts that don't work....what about the normal keypresses....
ie...Shift & Alt to select faces when using the Group selection tool.

Reinstallation works wonders sometimes.Keyboard shortcuts appear to be working now.Thanks for putting time to the problem anyway
