Does Train Simulator Engineer 3.0 still need to be installed after installing version 7.0.4.0 of 3DC, tried to download the 7.0.3+ plugins but has page error.
Also will it be possible to move the textures across from TSM to canvas do you think?

You need the 7.0.3+ plugins to work with 7.0.4
Keep trying with my website, it sometimes has bandwidth problems.

Richard said some TSM texturing info may come across in the import with version 7.1 of 3DC

Thanks paul, been trying most the day, Been getting "The webpage cannot be found" for engineer and operations plugins for 7.0.3
most of day. I take it the TrainSim Modeler Import 7.0.3+ is not required for 7.0.4
btw I can download that one ;-)

Try http://www31.brinkster.com/decapod

Select 3D Canvas Downloads from the menu on the left.

Get a copy of the Script pack - a few useful ones in there too.

Paul,
I downloaded the 7.0.3+ plugins from you site, installed them in 7.0.4.1 and ran the register.bat files. I still do not see them in the plugin list. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mike Adams

Hi Mike - no problems with them on my XP system with 7.0.4.1

It could be that the register.bat didn't work properly, you may have to register them as before.

Anyone else with the same problem on 7.0.4.1 ???

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the suggestion. Just clicking the register.bat file from My Computer or Windows Explorer, didn't do the trick. I had to open a command prompt and run the .bat file from it, which worked. I just installed Vista and it's somewhat quirky compared to XP.
