I recently sent in an email to Amabilis about this problem, but I havn't gotten anything back...

Just recently I saw an update for 3D Canvas so I downloaded it. I had bought the professional version of 3D Canvas in fall of 2004 and since then I have seemed to have lost my confrimation/registration code for the Professional Version. The problem is that when I download the 'update' it turned my 3D Canvas from the professional version to the Freeware version. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Like I said before...amabilis has not given me a reply to my email yet.

I am sure Amabilis will reply soon - he is normally very quick.

Look here on the website. use the "GO" button top left and choose profile. then click the "view/edit Complete Profile" link. Scroll down the page a bit and you licence code should be there.

When you upgrade 3DC you need to also upgrade the pro upgrade - once you have entered yoor licence then select the upgrade option to download the new pro files.
