I think I've had a registration problem with 3DC 7.0.1.2.

Plugins compiled after it was installed failed to run (Interface not registered error)
Running Regsvr32 on all the DLL and OCX's in the 3DC program folder seems to have fixed the problem.

Vista is driving me a bit insane. I have to wipe my hard drive and start again. It's like going back to Windows 95.

Anyone seen the new Apple commercial on Vista? So right!

As a strange twist of fate, 6.6.5.16 is now loading up ok in vista! I've only downloaded/installed the VLC media player from the net but not altered or updated any drivers. Maybe a windows update? However, the Pro version works, but there are no plugins or operations available! If i run the prog as the administrator i get an "unable to configure direct x" error.

The bits that do run in Vista, seem to run well.

I've made a bit of progress on this. It seems that the main problem is that 3D Canvas is an ActiveX exe. This is a bit of a problem for Vista. But, it looks possible to fix.
