Do you want bug reports for 6.6.5.1 here or in the bug forum?

If I us the CreateFace plugin or select a face from a cube and copy and paste it, then try to apply a texture with the brush tool I get an 'Unrecoverable error #9' report.

If I apply the texture with the fill tool everything works ok.
The brush tool works ok when applying textures to each face of a cube, but not to an independent single face.

My engineer plugin fails, but most of the others seem OK - fixes coming soon...

EDIT - the SetTextureFileName method fails with error 91 - looks like a canvas problem.

Set gMtrl = Scene.CreateMaterial
gMtrl.SetDiffuse 80
gMtrl.SetSpecular 0
gMtrl.SetTextureFileName ""
gMtrl.SetTranslucentMapFileName ""
gMtrl.SetTranslucent 1

Luckily the settexturefilename isn't really necessary and commenting it out fixes the problem.
It probably means the Swap Texture plugin will also fall over if it trys to remove a texture from a material.

So, I had planned to spend an hour this morning tidying up and listing the changes in 6.6.5.1, but, well... Frown

Paul, I really do think you need to settexturename, secondary, translucent, bumpmap since they are automatically set with the textures in the material panel if you don't. Which is probably why you originally wrote it that way. I had the same "problem" this morning.

6.6.5.2 will be available in about a half hour. I want to keep on top of the bugs. (Especially those that cause crashes)
