Hi All,

My apologies for all of the problems that occured with the website. The company that provides my web hosting "upgraded" me to a new hosting platform and they were unable to properly restore my existing website on the new hosting platform. Unfortunatly they upgraded me while I was on holiday and I did not have a backup of the website with me. I assumed that they would be able to restore a backup if there was a problem. A wrong assumption. They backup, but apparently the backups are not restorable Confused

I was on holidays in Outback Australia/South East asia. As you would expect Internet access is widely available in Australia and South East Asia. Unfortunately it was not generally available in the areas I travelled. When I did get access I spent my time trying to recover the website navigational structure. Making things worse are the hundreds of non-support emails I get each day that were filling up my inbox and causing genuine support emails to bounce. If you have sent me a support email and don't receive a response in the next few days assume that the email is lost for good and re-send it.

Lets just say that I have learned my lesson and will not be relying on access via Internet Cafes on upcoming holidays and will be sure to have a full backup of the website before leaving town again.

On the bright side I had a great holiday despite all of the website problems.

Again, sorry for the many support problems. It will not happen again.

Richard
