I've added a new technical support forum that can be posted to by guests. There is no need to sign up for the forums to have access.

The danger of this, of course, is that there will be nuisance posts, poor behaviour etc. So, that means that I'll probably have to delete the odd post. That's caused me problems in the past.

I guess this is an "experiment" and hopefully it will work out well.

I've also made all forums available to all users of 3D Canvas including freeware users. All that is required is to register. The technical support forum doesn't require registration because my feeling is that many people don't want to register to ask a simple question. If I have troubles with that forum, I'll start requiring registration for it also.

Well, that didn't really work out so well. It seems that many people are shy about posting to a forum even if it is anonymous. So, I've re-implemented email support.

The forums will still be available to all, an the technical support forum will still be available for anonymous postings.
