Hi all, we have made some progress in exporting some my NZ wagons to KRS, from TSM.
But I have this red part problem. The wheels and the chains for the load are red.
They are both textures from a 24bit+trans file, the chains need the alpha texture, wheels do not. There are other parts textured from same file, which are fine.
Any clues what I have missed please.?

No Sly, we are past that stage (so far) and making new blue prints for each new wagon.
I suspect its either a texture problem or a material/shader problem.

If I change the ace file to a normal ace (no trans or alpha) the parts appeared textured

Ok Peter was just a thought.. there was something about points levers being red

Seems to indicate there were no sounds

Other than that what shader are you using?
