Please i need our Help

I'm working on a waggon (preußischer G).
But i have a problem with the "SoftShadow" under the waggon.
The StencilShadow works fine, but shadow-baking is (so i now) momentarelly not possible with 3D Canvas. In the DevDocs is this part (so i think) not clear written..
So i haven't any idea how i make this SoftShadow. When i take "StencilShadow.fx" a shadow is there but not really visible.

Can anyone here help me ?
