The plugin is the one downloaded from the plugins page. The plugin doesn't show up in the tools/plugins.

Did you register the plugin?

regsvr32 /s ./CreateTriangle.dll
regsvr32 /s ./AddTriangleToEdge.dll

With Vista, before running the commands, you need to right-click on "command prompt" and choose "run as administrator".

I don't understand what you mean by register the plugin. I have searched the forums and can find no reference to these commands. Also I have XP not Vista

Do you have 3D Canvas Pro? It's required.

Also, I think "create triangle" is in the "Object Builder" sub-menu.

Yes I have pro version 7.1 All the other plugins and operations are there, but create triangle and add triangle to edge do not appear anywhere in my plugins menu.

Start / run : type cmd
change directory to were the plugins are.
For example:
cd C:\Program Files\3D Canvas 7\Plugins

then type the above commands.

In 7.1.1.0 there will be a new function "Download 3D Canvas Extras" which will be located on the Help menu. This will download an installer for these extra plug-ins (also scripts, models etc.)

I thought that was what you were talking about, but I wasn't sure. I ran the commands. They appeared to have been executed, but the plugins are still not there. Yes I am running as administrator. I guess I'll just have to create a three edged face and weld it into position until V7.1.1.0 comes out. Thanks for the help.
