I tried Buffer builder and Cab builder : they don't work.
Cab builder : message displayed = "6 overflow"
Buffer builder : nothing happens

It is likely related to localization (comma separator instead of dot).

You're right - unfortunately I'm in Rome for a few days so it will have to be Monday for a fix...

You should have the source code for the buffer builder.
If you run the project, then start 3DC, you can debug the plugin

Hummm, I see now why you sent me the code... you planned some offshore coding.

As you certainly know, the problem is due to functions like CSng() which are using the current regional settings.

The problem occurs when loading the form with default values with a dot separator.

How are you going to solve this, loading the form with dot or comma separator depending on the regional settings ?

I use vb's "format" function to output default values and saved values to text entry fields. It knows how to output numbers based on regional settings.
