I upgraded to version 5.7, then upgraded LPPro and now I count only 8 plugins, but 12 plugins are in the plugin directory. Why don't they all show in the menu?

I would suggest uninstalling both 3D Canvas and the LP/Pro upgrade and reinstalling. Make sure you have the right LP/Pro Upgrade for the release by downloading it following the installation of 3D Canvas.
