3DCPluginsOps6505.zip has 2 zip files (Plug6505 and Op6505).
Each one has a copy of DoubleSide6 and Flare6.

Which one is to be used ?

I'm not sure I can see the double side plugin in the plugin menu of 3DC (there should be a "double side" item in the list).

I assume there is a Plug-in and Operation version of both of these functions. I think Paul originally wrote them as plug-ins and converted them to operations. Operations are a bit handier generally.

Yes - the plugins go in the plugins folder, operations in the operations folder.

You should be able to use either, though check the options menu to see if they are enabled.
