3446 is something to do with MDAC, perhaps the problem is in that area?

Checked that Paul.Not it.Nothing loads, and both v6 and v7 do it.Switched from XP Home to XP Pro recently.

This happens on start-up.

I looked up the error on google, it does definitely indicate a problem with the database driver 3DC uses - Richard would probably need to look into it for you.

To try and download and update the mdac, it says it is newer and won't even start.
