I am having a wack of a time trying to reduce object faces and points using some text that I made using Amabilis!!!

I exported it and re-imported it, triangulated it first, solidified and optimized it first in several different orders.

I managed to get it to work once and I cannot duplicate what I did.

I also tried it in video card safe mode.

Do you mean the "Reduce Object Faces and Points" operation is not working?

As I Recall...
Once I make a box like surface and then finally position the text just inside it,
I cannot use the object subtraction (freezes) and then it seems that I also cannot use reduce faces and points on the text now (freezes).

Reduce faces and points works on text if you use it immediately I found. But it will still not allow object subtraction on the "box"(arrow) I made (freezes).
