Where did my materials go?

I did a bit of work applying textures to this scene, saving regularly as I went along.

When I came to reload the scene the brickwork, curtain material etc seem to have disppeared.

Can anyone tell me how to preserve my textures please?

Have you got the textures in the same folder as the scene?
