I installed Visual Studio 6 and when I started Visual Basic it wanted to do an install of 3DC from the .msi file again.
I started 3DC and it was reverted back to the Freeware version. I re-entered my serial key and it as back to the pro version. I hope I haven’t messed up something with 3DC?

Probably Visual Studio 6 installed an older version of a DLL or OCX that 3DC uses and Windows tried to correct it by re-installing 3DC.
I don’t think it will cause any problems now that you have re-installed 3DC.
