rats, neither do I <!– s:-) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!– s:-) –>

Well I use the NameIt plugin to return a selected object the main routine of my plugin.

What I want to do is use it to select a face on the selected object. andnbsp; Here be your code from NameIt (frmNameIt.frm)

andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp;Me.Viewer.ActiveObject.SetName strObjectName

I want to know can I use methods of the 3DCScene Object, but the viewer would also have to open in andquot;Face Selection Modeandquot;.

Make sense yet?
George

Sorry, I don’t quite understand.
