Upgrade to MSTS

I had a look and I didn’t see any requirement for an immediate change. Let me know if you run into any troubles though.

For those who have not seen it, there is an upgrade to MSTS available at:-

It is about 7 megs and sorts the front coupler bug, various refuelling problems etc.

There are also two new versions of the Makeace utility (one for Windows), with new compression features and a much better explanation of its use.

The new version of Makeace might have some ramifications for the TrainSim Wizard Richard?
