trainz plug in

I have a question about using the plug in for trainz. So far I have been able to use it for scenery with no problems but I can’t get a loco I’m using for practise purposes to show up at all. It has not been previously created for MSTS so there is no starting heirarchy. I was following a gmax tutorial called simpleloco (but using the 3DC equivalent commands) to create a 12 x 2 x 3 box and then add the attachment points. I used the attachment point plug in for both the a.limfront and a.limback points,then underneath added attachment points for a.bog0 and a.bog1. Then exported using the second option. The art, shadow and config files are all copies from a different loco that works, but I renamed the files and changed the config to my KUID so I dont think the problem is with them. Any ideas on what steps I have missed or where I could have gone wrong? Thanks in advance for any advise.

I usually find 99% of problems where locos do not show are config related.
It sounds like you’ve done the right things so far.

Would you like me to take a look at the model?

If so, zip up the 3dc file, config and textures and e-mail it to the address in the timex.htm file in your plugins folder.
