Symmetry,Displacement maps,Textures

Been messing with ZBrush for a while it has a very cool syymetry feature.
Symmetry can be set to either x,y,z or none or a combination of say x and z. If you set say the x axis and manipulate a point, edge or face on one side of a syymetrical object the manipulation would be mirrored to the same point edge or face on the opposite side of the object along the x axis. A fantasic feature.
The other nice little touch in ZBrush is a ReSymmetize (is there such a word) button.
If your building say a head and make a mess of the symmetry you can select either the xyz axis….hit the ReSymm button and heads symmetry is re adjusted along this axis.
You can also Mask off one side of the object….hit the ReSymm button and the unmasked side is adjusted to mirror the masked side.
I found both of these features an absolute delight to use.

Support for displacement maps…I’m not really very knowledgable on this feature as yet you end up with say a head of around 300 polys looking as though it has 2 million polys.

Textures…I would like to be able to rotate a texture by a given amount say 90 or 180 degrees. At the moment it’s sometimes difficult using the Operation Adust to get things spot on.

The name of the currently selected texture, bump map etc would be a help. Quite often some of my textures are very similar…so the name would be a big help if I need to make adjustemants in PSP etc.
