scripting SetAnimationKeyFPS

MSTS allows sometimes only 2 Frames, start position and end position. This is the case for switches/points. Normally german prototype switches take 2 seconds for a full movement, but switches in hump yards work faster 0.8 seconds. So I tried to enter a decimal for setanimationkeyfps. 3DC 7.1.2 does not complain, but freezes. Only integer values are allowed. Not a great thing but it would be nice
