Reinstalled 3DCP v665 won’t start

Has there been any changes to your system? Perhaps a driver update?

I uninstalled 3DCP because for some unexplained reason the window stopped displaying the V/H checkered grid even though the boxes were checked in the options dialog. I had not changed the setting when the problem occurred.

I closed and reopened the program several times to no avail. Nothing seemed to help so I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I rebooted the system and tried to open 3DCP and received a fatal error message which read:

‘An unrecoverable error has occurred. if you continue to receive this message please contact Amabilis support. (#3078)’

So I haven’t even been able to reenter the registration keys and my day’s artwork is at an end until we fix this problem.
