No export option for trainz

I bought the Pro version of 3DCrafter to make content for Trainz, but there is no option to export in that format showing up, how do I get that working?

I think it may have sorted itself out actually. A few goes at reinstalling and restarts of my computer and a bit of fiddling with it seems to have given it a kick to start showing those options. going to have a bash with it now and check that it is all okay. Thanks for the replies thus far, I’d already looked on those other threads in an attempt to find a solution, but thanks all the same.

It has my screenshots when I was looking for the Trainz Exporter. If you’re running Windows 7 like I am, make sure to install things “as Administrator”. If you’re comfortable with changing Windows 7 security settings, you might try relaxing the “UAC” settings too.

I hope you get it working. I just uploaded my first 3DCrafter/Trainz content this week and it was accepted! 🙂 It was just a simple station sign, but loads of fun to create. My username is SharkNose on the Auran forums and Down Load Station too.

Actually I had a load of hassle trying to get it to run as admin for some reason, and I couldn’t install it as an admin at all, despite faffing around with UAC, permissions and all kinds of stuff, but it kicked in eventually. It all seems to be working okay now, which is just as well since I’ve now bought 3DCrafter twice, I lost the first serial number in a PC crash (thought I’d backed that up, but apparently not), so it would have been a bit of a bummer buying it a second time and not had it working. anyway, all sorted now since I got some content into the route I am building. Thanks to all who responded with suggestions, I appreciate it.

Happy to hear things are sorted out. I looked and found no reason for the Trainz exporter to not display. I may have to add something to installer to force it to register. I’m just not sure yet.
