Excellent model Ian, Great job. <!– s:) –><!– s:) –>
I started this model over a year ago, following along with decapod’s (Paul Gausden) tutorial series over on uktrainsim.com, but I never finished it because of odd problems I was having with the version of 3DC available then. I have now dusted it off and the current version of 3DC had solved all my problems. However, because I wanted to use the new LOD model features of the current version, I have spent three days sorting out all the texture application I had done previously to follow the requirements for successfully creating multiple (ie more than 2) LODs. Now, I am so proud of it, I gave it a polish with an oily rag (well, decapods Shape File Manager actually) and put it on display in decapod’s Shape File Viewer. (Hmm, that’s three mentions now <!– s:roll: –><!– s:roll: –> )
It looks great. <!– s:D –><!– s:D –>
Is it for use with MSTS?
Bazza
It is for MSTS, hopefully available from uktrainsim.com in a day or three.
Looks lovely Ian – I’ve not actually run it yet (only seen it in SView).
When I finish writing this next plugin, I’ll get more of a chance to play…
