Well…as usual, the answer is found after the post. Didn’t uninstall the upgrade first : :-[. Still like to know what that message is all about, if you have an idea.

My security settings had been changed [ not sure if that’s why this came up or not] anyway- neither 5.7 or 6.004 would load. The repair feature worked on 5.7 but would not on 6.004.
andnbsp;Re-installed 6.004 but then the upgrades wouldn’t install, from a saved zip or going through the Help file.
andnbsp;Do I need to start from installing 6.004, re-register, etc.? Is it possible to install from saved zips?
