This is a maintenance release and I would only recommend it to those people that are having particular problems with painting faces (crashes/freezes). This version will be slower than 4.21 at the task, but SHOULD be more reliable since I have bypassed a bug in Direct3D that was causing many problems. How much more reliable is hard to say. In fact so many changes were necessary that it could be that some things got broken.
Also, this version installs roughly 5x to 10x faster than the previous versions. (A couple of minutes).
If you do decide to install, let me know how it goes.
