Makeace.exe worked, but like you said, I didn’t have the .bmp file in the directory. Thanks, sometimes I think my head is going to explode. andnbsp; KB

andnbsp; andnbsp;I just received MSTS and am trying to get the tutorial model converted. It looks [ to me ] that it’s correct, but the DOS window says andquot; Failed to Convertandquot;. I didn’t get very far.

Should be andquot;makeaceandquot; not andquot;makeace.exeandquot; in command line. andnbsp;Make sure the .bmp file is in the same directory as makeace
