I have a NVIDIA graphics chip as well, but it doesn’t happen to me unfortunately. It doesn’t happen with either 7.1 or 8.0.
It’s really hard to fix this sort of thing when it doesn’t happen on my computer.
Just curious, have you tried this with 3DC 8?

I seem to be getting an error everytime I minimize 3DC with the camera set to animation. When I restore, this message appears.

My laptop has a NVIDEA GeForce 9300M GS installed and I’m on Vista Basic.
It’s becomming a pain to have to keep recovering my work and remember not to be in animation camera when minimizing 3DC.
