Do you receive this error frequently? If so, it could be that the upgrade failed on your computer. You can tell for sure by looking at your list of available operations. If there are less than you expect you could try uninstalling and reinstalling:

1) Use the control panel’s add/remove programs to remove all 3DC related installations
2) Reinstall 3DC
3) Download the LP/Pro upgrade from Help menu.
4) Install the LP/Pro upgrade.

Also, can you tell me what version you have upgraded from and the version of Windows you are running?

Richard

If you can determine which of the object libraries are causing the problem I would really like to have it so that I can figure out the cause (<!– e –>richard@amabilis.com<!– e –>).

Richard

Okay, I deleted the object folder, and reinstalled 3DC.
It now works again….. andnbsp; HHmmm, thats kind of strange.

Cool, thanks for the help

Patrick

Okay Richard
When I get done with some work I have to do, I will try
to simulate the error again. If I can get it to do it again, I
will email you the object(s)….

Patrick

I need more information. For example, did this happen once? Or did it happen several times or does the program not start at all due to this error.

If 3DC doesn’t run and the standard uninstall/reinstall procedure doesn’t work then you will want to remove the andquot;3DCandquot; folder after uninstalling. Making sure that you andnbsp;backup everything that you created in the folder first.

Another possibility is something that was added to an object library is causing problems. Did you add something to an object library recently?

Richard

Hi Richard

My 3DC has started doing this to, as of today….
I have reinstalled it twice now, and it won’t run anymore…

Any ideas?

Thanks

Patrick

Yes, I added 2 new objects to the library last night.
It also won’t boot into the progran at all.
I will try and find these objects in the folders, and then
try to boot the program again….

Patrick

Can you send me a library that causes this crash? (<!– e –>richard@amabilis.com<!– e –>).

Thanks,

Richard

I have do some test..

I have now unstall the upgrade to LP/Pro version and get for this moment no #91 error only that the (liberay .clo) are missing..

When I reinstall the LP/PRO upgrade It works andnbsp;again.
When I load a previous project like my USC car and I put some part like the wheels to the libary, everithings works fijn..
Now a have made a new wheels with the 5.5 version and when I put in the libary and I will close the programme, is crash .
The when I reload 3DC I get the #91 error again.. andnbsp;
