Error #91

Is there any hope of help here?

I have 3DCP in both v6.xx and v7.xx and have a folder full of 3D models which use to load and now don’t giving the #91 error message.

I went to the MS site and tried to download the suggested windows component, but upon an attempt to install it, get the message I already have the latest version of said software. Which I expected to happen.

Is there any known recovery for this problem?

Error #91 message occurs when trying to load saved 3DCP files. It happens enough times to be totally annoying. This is happening version 6.(latest).

The supposed cure is to download the latest version of some Windows/Microsoft OS component.

Well, everytime I go to the Microsoft site to download this item, the system test says I have the latest version. In the past, I’ve ignored that message and installed it anyway to no avail.

This is a problem I’ve seen through many versions of 3DCP, many computer systems and many OS’s.

So what do I do now?
