When I try to record to AVI file I get this error. Any help? New computor and retraining with 3DC.

I began by downloading 3DC 5.6 [new computer] and entering the code, no upgrade, I also don’t have the plugin TrainSimWizard or the dll file. Do you suggest I uninstall 3DC 5.6 and reinstall 5.5 and do the upgrade?

I’m not certain of what is causing this but one possible cause is to enter your license code without installing the LP/Pro upgrade.
