Corrupt File Library ,Corrupt material Library and Corrupt Componenet Library…

This happened just recently when I downloaded the new 9.2.2.
It installed correctly, when I start with or without admin rights, it brings up the same thing everytime and reverts to the error #429…then stops working..also no log….

Any Help Appreciated…

with my old shapeviewer program if you got an error 429 running the command:

REGSVR32 /V DX8VB.DLL

usually fixed it – 3DC uses similar functions so it might work.
