Sorry I missed your post. Glad to see that you are (were?) back.
I actually really like those new operations in myself <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>. I think they are pretty handy. They are actually in 6.5.1.0 also so if you need to for speed reasons you can run 6.5.1.0 instead.

Hey, Richard…thought I’d let you know that I’m still around, and I gave 6.6 a whirl the other day.
I’m pleasantly surprised at how far it’s come since the day I first bought it. (Version 4 or so, heh.)
The Consolidate Object operation in particular is really useful for me, since clean geometry is a must for what I do professionally. It’s nice being able to fix the entire object in one mouse click, as opposed to manually merging all the faces. Thanks for implementing that!
Here’s one of the paper models that I designed in 3DC…one of the 5.x versions, I believe.
