Here is an advance of my new loco model: A pacific from North British for the Buenos Aires Pacific Railway (BAP), year 1908.
It still needs hours on details, tender and texturing.

No Raul. A total system meltdown of my main modeling PC caused by a massive electrical fault in a transformer outside our house. I’m back modeling again, but with an old slow system.
At least I only lost the hardware thanks to a hard drive backup made the night before the electrical storm hit our city, so no work lost, thank heavens.
Now all I have to do is wait for my insurance claim to be processed and then I’ll but the best I can get with the few dollars I’ll receive from them. Looking into an AMD64 3400 system like thi s one.

I’m going to change the OS to Windows XP Pro and the monitor to a CRT 19′, which should offer a clearer viewing area.
Anyway, I’m rambling. <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

VF,
If you can do it, get a TFT, the difference is stunning. IMO. Not having that VW on the desk maks a big difference, too.
