Great news Raul. I’ll download it tonight and get her a good run. <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

Here is an advance of my new loco model: A pacific from North British for the Buenos Aires Pacific Railway (BAP), year 1908.
It still needs hours on details, tender and texturing.

RiverPlate

Looks great so far, the shape looks a bit familiar. <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

Bazza

Another Pacific I see. Great work Raul.

Thanks VF. It’s good to read from you again. Is the cold wheather, that keep you away?

RP

No Raul. A total system meltdown of my main modeling PC caused by a massive electrical fault in a transformer outside our house. I’m back modeling again, but with an old slow system.

At least I only lost the hardware thanks to a hard drive backup made the night before the electrical storm hit our city, so no work lost, thank heavens.

Now all I have to do is wait for my insurance claim to be processed and then I’ll but the best I can get with the few dollars I’ll receive from them. Looking into an AMD64 3400 system like thi s one.

I’m going to change the OS to Windows XP Pro and the monitor to a CRT 19′, which should offer a clearer viewing area.

Anyway, I’m rambling. <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

Sorry!. I didn’t know about that.
Good luck with your claim!
Anyway it is good to have you back.

Gee whiz , Raul, You’re up late or up early I guess.

Just checked the time in Argentina 0154, 12th JUly 04 ! <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

I went to bed. I couldn’t answer you. But I’m back again, now in my morning.
Yes, it was a litlle late, last night, but I’m in short winter vacations.
See you.

Raul

VF,
If you can do it, get a TFT, the difference is stunning. IMO. Not having that VW on the desk maks a big difference, too.
KB

Thanks KB, I’ll see if the budget with Streeetch that far <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>
