Hi Troub,
the label whould have had to been added after the can had aged…but, we all know paintcans do not come painted as well <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –> It whould just be a rusted can not a blue chiped can..I do the pic for practice on putting on textures…not always for realism….although maybe i should.
I thank you for your comments, I whould like to see more comments like yours…it is the only way to improve.
to tell you the truth, i whould rather people tell me what looks wrong…than what looks right.
Thanks , kirk_saavedra
Kirk. . .looks great! andnbsp;However, was the label supposedly stuck on after the can had aged, or is it supposed to be the original label (barring the fact that it’s textured like a wine label, which you explained)? andnbsp;It’s neat that the bump map shows through the label, but I wouldn’t think that the paint could peel off the can underneath the label while leaving the label intact. andnbsp;That’s the only part that looks andquot;offandquot; to me. andnbsp;Your stuff is great andnbsp;
That is funny
I tell ya I am just to lazy to find a paint label…
plus , i am just doing it for practice.
