8.2.1. build 1024 Incorect number of points after Consolida

Not a big deal, but after using Consolidate, the number of points displayed in the bottom bar stays the same as before using Consolidate.
After removing an extra edge, the number of points is displayed correctly.

I don’t really consider this a bug. Not every operation does an "optimize" to remove points that are in the shape, but not used. Some operations, like this one, just make visual changes and leave the optimization for other operations.
