I only tested it briefly, but it worked fine.
The only problem I had with Vista 64 was getting drivers for my 1 year old computer.

Not working with my Vista x64. Getting a ‘Error #372 occured when 3DC attempted to configure Microsoft Direct X’ when I tried to start it (an I have tried the latest Nvidia drivers).

For 3DC to work with Vista, User Account Control needs to be on.
