3DC 9.2.2(Not Responding)

Hi…
Just about keeping sane,won’t import anything..editor starts ok ,move the light out the way…try to import either a 3ds or obj file and then it just hangs everytime…Not Responding…not a case of resources,the software stops and crashes..when are we going to start getting replies and the fixes for this software?
