3D Canvas Serial Number Problem

I know this is the Crafter forum, but have no where else to go. I had to reinstall 3D Canvas 7112 after a crash. It installed fine but I cannot get my Pro version back. It accepts the serial number but does not go to the Pro version. I purchased the software in February 2005 and verified the serial number with Digital River.

I do not want to spend another $70 on 3D Crafter. I just want the software I already own to run.
